🛠️ UIPT Website Setup

First-time installation. This will create databases and import all tables.

📋 What this will do:

Create uiptweb database (website content)
Create uiptfms database (student management)
Import all tables and default data

⚠️ Requirements:

XAMPP running (Apache + MySQL)
MySQL password: empty (default XAMPP)
SQL files in webuipt/SQL_FILES/ folder
